Good beef and they did everything as they say. Delivery was excellent. Steaks arrived cold and were lean without gristle or too much fat. The only reason I didn’t give more stars was the flavor wasn’t bold but that could have been because we’ve been eating dry aged and I didn’t look close enough when I ordered and I didn’t purchase dry aged. I would definitely buy again and I recommend this company. I also meant to give 4star instead of 3

I didn’t like the New York steaks, loved the prime rib they were the best we ever had! I did think we were to have free shipping being $100 over but I didn’t get it
That was the best tasting steak that I have had in a very long time! I am very grateful as to how you raise your beef, keep up the excellent work. One other thing, I was very disappointed with the Franks, they were too small and too hard. I tried to broil them and that did not work, I tried to boil them and that did not work. First time hearing about 44 was from a Meat Church video on YouTube so I thought I'd give em a try and I wasn't disappointed! I got the choice grade bundle- 2 NY strip, 2 ribeye, and 2 filets. Cooked them all sous vide then grill seared them at my office for lunch, and they were amazing! Definitely am a returning customer!
