Love Me Some 44 Farms When traveling to my mother’s house, we pass by the 44 Farms retail store. Have been hooked since that first stop some 3+ years ago. Now, the car automatically turns in to pick up supplies. We also have ordered online for ourselves and as gifts. Free advice: if ordering for Christmas, order no later than the 1st week of December for the best selection and ability to even make a selection. They will completely sold out if you wait too long. Ask me how I know. The prime boneless ribeye and strip are our favorites. I would give 44 stars if I could.

This order was good, but the previous order I made for my stepmother. The steaks were two days late and the greeting she didn’t get till two days later!! This greeting was supposed to be attached to her receiving The steaks at Christmas
Last Christmas, my son sent my wife and I a box of various cuts of steaks from 44 Farms. Each type of beef was absolutely the best steaks we have ever eaten. Better even than from any restaurant. Everything showed up as expected, and it was all still frozen. However when checking everything in and putting it away in the freezer, we noticed that the 4.6 oz jar of Black Pepper Infused salt was NOT in the shipment Other than that we are excited to taste the meat in this package, and hopefully I can, in the near future, redeem the $75.00 gift card

The steak is great tasting, but the plastic it's wrapped in leaks when you defrost the meat. I put some of the meet into the refrigerator to defrost and woke up to a refrigerator full of steak juice. The plastic used to wrap the steak is too thin to be frozen and unfrozen. Other steaks I buy have much thicker plastic. This is also an issue for storing long term in the freezer. Unless that issue is fixed I won't be reordering.
