Bought as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. The meat arrived perfectly packed in dry ice(!) As hot as it's been in Texas, the packing was a nice touch. They haven't enjoyed the steaks yet BUT as nervous as I was about ordering - my son knew of your company and noted that our local butcher carries 44 meats!! Will update after they enjoy a meal.

Had an issue with fedex shipping where the package was unexpectedly held 2 extra days before delivery. Contacted customer service with my concerns of the meat being in the cooler for longer than expected, and a new shipment was sent out no questions asked. Very professional. The package was a gift, and the recipients love it saying the meat is delicious. Will order from them again.
The ordering page was clear about what came in my package, and I had no trouble with payment or the website overall; very easy to use! The shipping information was timely, and it was easy to track my shipment, and it arrived well-packed with no damages or dangerous thawing.
