Fabulous best cut of meat with tons of beefy flavor.

Ground beef and Hanger bundle Excellent flavor, however hanger steaks had some freezer burn. Burger was excellent. Cooked hanger to med rare more to rare which was perfect for my pallet I call it medium mooooo!!!!!! Will oder again when I run low getting ready to go to Alaska in mid June hoping to bring another 200# of fish again. Thanks Matt!
