This package gives you the best of the best cuts with ribeyes, strips and filets. Here’s a look at one of the strips I did last night. Reverse sear and medium rare. This steak had absolutely amazing taste and so juicy. 44 Farms just consistently provides quality meats that never disappoints.

It's sort of old news by now everything about 44 steaks is perfect. The delivery is on time The food is well packed and kept fresh and the taste is off the chain. Their USDA Angus is better than a lot of other places prime. And their prime well you're not going to find any better. The New York strip the ribeye the fillet the hangat steak and the pichana never disappoint. Oh yes and then there are the Dino ribs brisket on a stick. I was disappointed with the brisket shape and trim. It was irregular in shape with a long triangular odd piece at the end of the flat. I ended up having to trim that off creating quite a bit of waste. While the meat wasn’t bad, I was quite disappointed due to the price of the brisket compared to what I received. This would not have been a cut I would purchase at my local HEB. I won’t purchase again or recommend. Steaks looked great, haven’t cooked those yet. I had high hopes for my order but was left feeling like I overpaid for a substandard trim and undersized brisket.
Order these for a Christmas gift. The first shipment was lost. They sent a second one out immediately. They were wonderful on the phone in helping me. I will definitely be ordering from them again. And the steaks were delicious and a hit for a gift.
I made a mistake - They fixed it!! I was ordering Hanger Steaks as a treat for my wife's birthday dinner. I selected 2 day shipping thinking it was Wednesday so would get it Friday. WRONG!! I totally missed the option to select a delivery date even though it was righ there. I emailed them and Jana pulled the order early and shipped it so we could have it in time.It may seem a small thing but was BIG for me. Thank you, 44 Farms.
